Pre Match Comments:

We had a difficult game last Saturday away to Goole. I think both sides can play a lot better than they both did on the day, but we ground out a win with 2 bits of quality from Robbie & Col to get the goals. I was a bit disappointed to concede in the last couple of minutes of normal time, but we did enough to warrant the win.

On to Saturday and we play out 1st home game in September against the current league leaders, Bridlington Town. Another of the fancied sides for promotion this season. It will be an extremely tough game as Bridlington have some good players.
The Knaresborough players have trained well tonight and we have a couple coming back into the squad, which is good news.
We are currently on a mini unbeaten run of games, so we go into the game in a good frame of mind and will be looking to get a positive result.
I really hope we get a good crowd down at Manse Lane to support the players.
